I have heard the term cult. I have herd the term acult. Just what is considered to be a cult/acult? also please e-mail me scripture references that discribe what a cult is.

Dear Jim, for what it's worth:

A "cult" has to do with the following definition--

2. religious group: a group of people who share religious or spiritual beliefs, especially beliefs regarded by others as misguided, unorthodox, extremist, or false (see the following link for more:
